Healthy cabbage salads that will save you from vitamin deficiency: top 4
In the cold season, our body needs even more vitamins and nutrients. And while in summer they can be easily obtained from seasonal fruits and vegetables, what about in winter? Cabbage comes to the rescue – budget-friendly, low-calorie, vitamin-packed and healthy. It can be used to make extremely light and at the same time super-healthy salads.

1. Cabbage, carrots, garlic, parsley and Greek yogurt.
2. Cabbage, carrots, celery, cheese, Greek yogurt.
3. Cabbage, zucchini, onion, mint, olive oil.
4. Cabbage, peppers, onions, seeds, olive oil.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1\2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- cream - 300 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables – thinly chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Mix the cabbage and carrots and put to simmer over medium heat, add 100 g of water to the pan to prevent burning.
3. Fry the onion separately until golden brown in a little oil.
4. Add chopped garlic to the half-cooked cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Add cream and sour cream to the cabbage. Season with salt.
6. Cover and simmer over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
