It is important to know how to cook a burger properly. Otherwise, it will simply turn into an ordinary sandwich that falls apart and contaminates everything around it.

On his YouTube channel, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay shared the 5 main secrets of burger cooking. Using them, the dish will turn out just perfect and will never fall apart.

The first secret to a perfect burger is to cook the patties properly. To make sure they don't fall apart and taste delicious, add an egg to the minced meat, mix thoroughly, and leave it for a day. Only then can you fry perfect round patties. Another secret to cooking the right meat for burgers is to keep it sedentary. After you put the cutlet on the grill, try to move it as little as possible. Grill the patty on one side, then turn it over to the other side and grill it until done. This should be enough.

The third secret to a perfect burger is the onion that goes into it. The chef says that it must be fried, because fresh onions are too sour and pungent and can ruin the whole taste of the dish.

The next secret is to add melted butter. While the burgers are grilling, Ramsay recommends picking up a brush, dipping it into the butter, and brushing the dish. This will make the burger incredibly tender and juicy.

The last secret is in the construction of the burger, which should be done a few minutes after the meat has been removed from the grill. He says that this step requires a little pre-planning, and the other ingredients should be laid out so that they are ready right after the burger is done cooking. If you follow all the steps, you will be left with a "delicious" hamburger between two fried buns covered with caramelized onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce.
