Ingredients for the dough
- Flour – 200 gr
- Cold butter – 125 gr
- Salt – a pinch
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Ice water – 50 ml
Ingredients for the filling
- Plums – 4 pcs
- Peaches – 1 pc
Additional ingredients
- Almonds – 50 gr
- Egg yolk – 1 pc
- Ice cream – for serving
Method of preparation
1. Cut the cold butter into small cubes.
2. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and butter in a bowl and quickly mix into crumbs with your hands.
3. Add water and knead the dough. It should be soft and not stick to your hands.
4. Send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Wash and cut the fruit.
6. Roll out the dough. Put the filling inside and wrap the sides.
7. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
8. Put in a preheated 180 oven. Bake for 35 minutes.
9. Serve with ice cream.
