Food blogger Olena Yermolenko shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious holiday dish – fruit and honey pork with honey and kiwi, which will become a real table decoration.

Marinade:

  • walnut oil with a mixture of peppers or sesame oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
  • kiwi - 3 pcs.
  • pork - 2 kg

Glaze:

  • butter - 50 g
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

1. Glaze: add all the ingredients to a preheated frying pan and stir for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and leave the sauce to cool.

2. Marinate the meat for a day, and rub it with kiwi pulp an hour before cooking.

3. Then put it in a baking dish and pour the glaze on top.

4. Bake for about 1.5 hours at 200°C.
