Pancakes for children can also be healthy if they are made without sugar and based on fruit: bananas and apples. The dough for these pancakes is simple and is made with kefir. This makes them fluffy, soft, and airy.

Anna, a baby food expert with the nickname krasvitnaya, shared a recipe for pancakes with apples and bananas for children on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • bananas – 1.5 pcs
  • apples – 1 pc
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • kefir – 1 glass
  • flour – 1 cup
  • baking powder – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Banana mash in mashed potatoes.

2. Apple grate on a grater.

3. Mix the eggs with a whisk. Mix them with fruit and kefir. Mix well.

4. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

5. Fry the pancakes.
