Fluffy three-ingredient pancakes: no flour, sugar or soda
Everyone's favorite pancakes can be healthy and low in calories. To do this, they should be made with banana and oatmeal. No flour, soda, or milk. You don't even need any sweetener or sugar, because the banana makes the dessert moderately sweet and tasty.
Nutritionist Alina Sapiha (alina_sapigaa) shared a recipe for healthy pancakes with banana and oatmeal on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- bananas – 1 pc
- eggs – 1 pc
- oatmeal – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2. Add the egg and oatmeal. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes under the lid.
4. Serve with seasonal berries or grated chocolate.
