Fluffy peach pie for tea: it's easy to make

Instead of classic charlotte, you can make a fluffy sweet peach pie. It's the season for such fruits, so the filling will be very juicy. The dough for this pastry is quite ordinary – based on milk and eggs.

The idea of making a fluffy peach pie instead of charlotte was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli cooking. You can sprinkle sugar on top for a crispy crust.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • sugar – 150 g
  • vanilla/vanilla sugar
  • butter – 100 g
  • milk – 125 ml
  • flour – 260 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • peaches – 3-4 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light.

2. Add melted butter and milk at room temperature, and mix well.

3. Add the baking powder to the flour, mix, and pour in the liquid ingredients.

4. Knead a homogeneous dough at low mixer speed (no need to knead for a long time).

5. Halve and slice the nectarines.

6. Pour 1/3 of the dough on the bottom of the mold (20 cm in diameter) and put the nectarine slices.

7. Pour the rest of the dough.

8. Put the nectarines and sprinkle with sugar.

9. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40-45 minutes, checking for doneness with a wooden stick.
