Fluffy cupcakes in the microwave in 5 minutes: recipe for vanilla and chocolate

Microwave muffins are the perfect option when you want to make a quick dessert for tea or just something sweet for breakfast. The cooking process takes only 5 minutes. They are soft, fluffy and grow well.

Food blogger Liliia Tsvit shared two microwave muffin recipes on her YouTube channel.

Microwave muffin recipe

Ingredients for chocolate muffins:

  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
  • milk – 2 tbsp
  • oil – 2 tbsp
  • flour with the top – 2 tbsp
  • baking powder – 0.5 tsp
  • cocoa – 8 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar to the eggs and mix.

2. Add milk and butter. Stir well.

3. Add flour and cocoa. Mix until smooth. The dough is quite liquid.

4. Fill the molds or cups with the dough. Bake in the microwave for about 1 minute.

5. Sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar if desired.
