Fluffy apple pancakes: how to make the perfect dough
Homemade pancakes can be made with kefir, milk, and sour cream. To make them fluffy, add baking soda and baking powder to the base.

Ingredients:
- 230 ml. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 200 g. of flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 apple
Method of preparation:
1. Add baking soda to warm kefir, mix and set aside.

2. Beat the egg with sugar until thick foam and pour into the kefir, mix well.

3. Cut the apple into small pieces and add to the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix well.

4. Add butter to a preheated frying pan and put one tablespoon of dough, fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Be careful not to burn or make it soggy!
