Recipe for honey fig jam
Ingredients:
- figs - 1 kg
- water - 400 ml
- sugar - 800 g
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
Method of preparation:

- Put them in a large bowl, cover it with sugar, and leave them overnight.
- Syrup: add the remaining sugar and water, and mix well.
