Not everyone likes semolina in the form of porridge. It often turns into lumps, which is not very appetizing. But semolina mousse will definitely appeal to both children and adults.
The idea of making a delicious semolina mousse instead of porridge was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname nisenitnitsia. You only need three ingredients.
Ingredients:
- juice - 400 ml.
- semolina - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - optional, if you want it sweeter
Method of preparation:
1. Pour semolina into the boiling nectar.
2. Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
3. You can add sugar to taste.
4. Cook for minutes.
5. Cool and beat until fluffy.
6. Pour the mousse into the bowls.
7. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
