Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Milk – 3/4 cup
  • Cheese –100 g
  • Sausage or Ham – 100 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Whisk the milk with the baking powder, eggs, salt, sugar, and flour. The dough should not be too salty, as the cheese and sausage are also salty.
  2. Cut the cheese and sausage or ham into cubes and add them to the dough.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should not be too thick, the filling should be finely chopped.
  4. Put the dough into baking molds and put it in a preheated 200-degree oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve muffins with cheese and sausage hot (or cold), garnished with herbs, lettuce, or fresh vegetables.

  • Sausage
  • Cheese
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Milk – 20 ml
  • A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the sausage into slices and lightly fry on both sides.
  2. Cut the loaf into slices.
  3. Put sausage and cheese inside each slice.
  4. Beat 2 eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
  5. Dip the croutons in this mixture.
  6. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Croquettes

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks – 10 pcs
  • Potatoes – 500-600 g
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Flour

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the legs in salted water. ,
  2. Boil the potatoes.
  3. Separate the meat from the drumsticks, chop finely, and leave the bones. Mash the potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix everything, and divide the filling into 10 parts, form balls.
  4. Put a bone in each ball and make a leg. Roll the leg first in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Fry the legs in vegetable oil.
