Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 200-300 g
- hard cheese - 70 g
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- dill
- spices
- pita bread - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs
- water - 50 ml
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pita bread into strips.
2. Combine the cottage cheese with grated hard cheese, add dill, spices and sour cream, mix and put on the pita bread to form "envelopes".
3. Beat the eggs, add salt and a little water.
4. Dip into the batter and fry until golden brown over medium heat.
You can cut the envelopes in half to serve!
