Ingredients for the dough:
- kefir - 1 cup
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- a pack of dry yeast
- baking powder - 1 spoon
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 cups
Ingredients for the filling:
- shredded cabbage - 400 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper, rosemary.
Method of preparation:
- Mix kefir with vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and heat.
- Add flour mixed with yeast and baking powder, stir, and leave for 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
- Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan.
- Add cabbage, salt, pepper, rosemary.
- Simmer until the cabbage is soft for 20 minutes.
- Grind with a blender.
- When the dough has risen 2-3 times, make patties.
- Brush the top with egg, bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients for the filling:
- small pumpkin - 1 pc.
- ground pepper - 1 tsp.
- sugar - to taste
- salt - to taste
- oil - 2 tsp.
Ingredients for the dough:
- pumpkin - 250 g
- milk - 1 cup
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- dry yeast -10 g
- flour - 500 g
How to prepare the filling:
- Peel and grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
- Put it in a bowl, add oil, pepper and salt.
- Mix everything.
How to make the dough:
- Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds.
- Cut into small pieces and boil.
- Drain the water and blend the pumpkin.
- Add all the ingredients except the oil to a large bowl and mix well.
- Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Add the butter.
- Knead the dough well and leave it at room temperature for an hour.
- Divide into 15-20 pieces.
- Roll each part a little in flour.
- Roll out one piece, put the filling, and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of sugar on top.
- First, pinch the pie like a dumpling, and then form it into a ball.
- Use a thread to rewind the ball so that 6-8 parts are formed (it should look like a pumpkin)
- Leave the finished pumpkins for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put parchment on a baking sheet, and grease with oil.
- Put the pies on the baking sheet.
- Pour a little milk into a bowl and brush each pie.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and remove the threads.
