  • eggplant - 1-2 pcs.
  • salt
  • oil for frying

Filling:

  • processed cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic
  • spices
  • boiled eggs
  • tomato

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the eggplant into slices, salt, cover with water and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Then fry the eggplant.

3. Filling: grate cheese, eggs, garlic, add mayonnaise, mix.

4. Spread the filling on the eggplant, add a slice of tomato, roll it up and you're ready to eat!
