One of the easiest salads to prepare is Mimosa, which is cooked with eggs, fish, vegetables, and mayonnaise. But it's worth noting that this salad can also be prepared in a new way by simply replacing some of the ingredients.

Food blogger Kateryna shared a recipe for a delicious Mimosa with apple, tuna, and yogurt that takes only 20 minutes to prepare on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • apple - 1 pc
  • canned tuna - 170 g
  • green onions - a bunch
  • sour cream, yogurt - 2-3 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs and grate them.

2. Peel and grate the apple.

3. Cut the onion into small cubes.

4. Assemble the salad: tuna, egg, apple, egg, and onion. Spread sour cream between each layer.
