The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very light and healthy salad that takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves (spinach and arugula)
- canned corn
- canned tuna
- cucumber
- egg
Dressing:
- sour cream/white yogurt
- mustard in grains
- salt, pepper as desired and to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the eggs in half, and dice the cucumbers.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the tuna and dressing and mix.
