Ingredients:
- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- vanillin
- 1-3 tbsp of sugar (to taste)
- 50 ml of milk
- 80-100 g of flour
- 1/3 tsp of baking powder
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and make a homogeneous but not too thick batter (the consistency should be like sour cream).
Cottage cheese batter.
2. Spoon the batter into a dry pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Fry.
Serve with condensed milk/honey/jam and your favorite berries!
