If you want to quickly prepare a delicious dough appetizer, try making flavorful cakes based on a simple three-ingredient dough. For the filling, you can use green onions, boiled eggs, and hard cheese.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • flour - 300 g
  • boiling water - 170 ml
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Filling:

  • green onions - 40 g
  • butter - 15 g
  • hard cheese - 120 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, salt and boiling water. Knead the dough with your hands; it should be elastic and smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.

2. Filling: chop the green onions, melt the butter and grate the cheese.

3. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll out.

4. Grease the rolled out dough layer with melted butter, sprinkle with green onions, roll it up, make a snail and roll it into a layer. Do the same with the cheese filling.

5. Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

Serve the dish with sour cream or other sauce.
