Zucchini is a very versatile product that can be used to make a wide variety of dishes. In addition to classic pancakes, casseroles, or cutlets, you can make crispy waffles. They will be a great option for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 600 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.

- flour - 4 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
