If you want a quick and tasty dessert for tea, but without baking, choose cookies and just cream or condensed milk. You can add berries and fruits for a bright flavor.

Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, quick cookie cake that doesn't require baking.

Ingredients:

• shortbread cookies – 400 g
• sour cream – 300 g
• boiled condensed milk – 300 g
• nuts

Method of preparation:

1. Add condensed milk to the sour cream and mix well.

2. Grease the bottom of the mold with cream and place the cookies.

3. Cover the biscuits with the cream, alternating the ingredients layer by layer until you run out. The last layer should be cream.

4. Sprinkle the cake with cookie crumbs on top and sprinkle with nuts.

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
