The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and quick Georgian salad made with fresh vegetables, herbs and nut dressing.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 200 g
- tomatoes - 400 g
- blue onion - 1 pc.
- hot pepper - to taste
- nuts - 100 g
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- herbs: basil/cilantro/parsley (lots)
- salt - to taste
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Chop vegetables, herbs, onions.
2. Blend the nuts and garlic in a blender.
3. Add the dressing, salt, vinegar and oil to the vegetables, stir and you're ready to eat!
