Delicious and quick pancakes for breakfast
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast dish and can also be an alternative to bread. They can be made with different types of batter and even flour. The dish is best served hot, with sour cream or jams.
Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious egg-free pancakes with hot kefir and baking soda on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 250 ml
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- flour - 160 g
- sugar - 50-70 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Heat kefir and add baking soda and sugar. Stir to create bubbles.
2. Then add flour and mix to stir the batter that should like liquid sour cream. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil.
Serve with sour cream or jam!
