Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 250 g
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- corn - 1 b.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
- any greens - 15 g
- croutons
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs.
2. Cut the crab sticks and eggs into cubes and place in a bowl.
3. Add Korean carrots, without liquid, corn, spices, finely chopped herbs, mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
Sprinkle the salad with breadcrumbs before serving!
