Cottage cheese pancakes with apples by Hector Jimenez-Bravo: a great breakfast option
If you don't know what to cook every morning, light and satisfying dishes such as cheesecakes, crepes, pancakes, pies, and porridge are the best options. All of them are very easy to prepare and this process will not take more than 15 minutes.
Popular Ukrainian chef and MasterChef judge Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious and healthy cottage cheese pancakes with apples, which are ideal for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Flour - 70 g
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Apple - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the apple into rings, be sure to cut out the middle.
- Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, and if lumps remain, grind through a sieve, add eggs, sugar, baking soda, and flour, and mix thoroughly.
- Next, put a layer of dough in a preheated frying pan and an apple on top. Fry until cooked on both sides.
Serve the finished dish with jams, syrups, jam, and condensed milk.
