Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 120 g
- kefir – 100 ml
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 80 g
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- oil – 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with egg and sugar.
2. Pour in the yogurt and mix.
3. Then add the flour and baking soda to the mixture, mix again, and you can fry the pancakes.
4. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry them on both sides.
