Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 450-500 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • sugar - 60-80 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • corn starch - 25 g
  • berries - 150-200 g (blueberries, raspberries) + cornstarch
  • vanilla pudding - optional (cook according to instructions)

Method of preparation:

1. Put about 500 grams of cottage cheese in a deep bowl.

2. Add 2 eggs, 100 grams of sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and 25 grams of cornstarch.

3. Beat everything with a blender.

4. Cover the mold with parchment and pour the curd mass into it.

5. Sprinkle the berries with cornstarch.

6. Put on top of the dough.

7. Smooth it out and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave it to stand for another 20 minutes.

8. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, mix with milk and put on the fire. Add sugar and cook over low heat until thickened.

9. Remove the casserole from the oven and cool completely.

10. Pour the pudding or condensed milk over the casserole. Cut into portions.
