Cookies without flour and dairy: budget and healthy baking
Cookies are the perfect option for a quick snack. But in any case, they should be healthy. Therefore, they can be made at home using oatmeal and banana. You don't need flour or dairy products for this baking.
The idea of making healthy oatmeal cookies without flour and dairy products was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nadiia Oranska (nadia.oranska).
Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oatmeal to be boiled
- Optionally, you can add nuts, dried fruits
Method of preparation:
1. Mash bananas, add oatmeal, and leave to swell for 20-25 minutes.
2. Add chopped nuts and dried fruit.
3. Bake for 18 minutes at 200 degrees in the top-down mode.
4. Leave to cool completely, they will become a little harder.
