On this occasion, the FoodOboz editorial team offers you an amazing recipe for cold borscht that will surprise everyone, and for those who do not like borscht, it will be the second attempt to "make friends" with it.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled cold water – 1 liter
  • Boiled beetroot – 200 g
  • Fresh cucumbers – 250 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3-4 pcs.
  • Boiled fillet – 200 g
  • Greens to your taste – 1 bunch
  • Citric acid – 10 g
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut boiled eggs, fillets, and cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the greens.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water, salt, pepper and citric acid.

You can eat the borscht right away, but it is better to let it brew and season it with a spoonful of sour cream just before serving.
