In the classic recipe, several types of meat are used at once, as well as one.

Ingredients:

  • Meat
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Tomato/tomato paste
  • Barrel cucumbers
  • Brine
  • Olives
  • Hunting sausages
  • Smoked sausage
  • Ham
  • Capers
  • Lemon
  • Greens
  • Sour cream
  • Bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the meat with one whole carrot and onion. Cook for about 1.5 hours.

2. Meanwhile, fry the onions and cucumbers.

3. Cut the smoked meats into strips and the olives into slices.

4. Strain the broth and chop the meat.

5. Combine the broth and all other ingredients in a saucepan.

6. Add salt and brine. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

7. Serve with sour cream, lemon, and herbs.
