Cinnabons are fluffy sweet buns that quickly gained immense popularity around the world. These pastries look very stylish and unusual. Usually, they contain only cinnamon as a filling. But it is in the fall that you should take the opportunity to make cinnabons with seasonal fruits.

Apples for dessert

Ingredients:

  • milk - 20 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 100 g
  • refined vegetable oil - 60 g
  • flour - 350-400 g
  • dry yeast - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • poppy seeds - 1 tbsp (optional)

For the filling:

  • apples - 4 medium
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • starch - 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, and make a well.
  2. Pour in the warm milk and add the yeast, mix, and leave for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
  4. Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
  5. Prepare the filling: peel and chop the apples, cover with sugar, cinnamon, and starch, mix, and cook until thick. In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of sugar and a spoonful of cinnamon.
  6. When the dough is ready, roll it out into a 0.5-1 centimeter thick rectangle, brush with room temperature butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and spread the apple filling on top.
  7. Roll the dough into a roll, cut into pieces.
  8. Dip each one in flour on one side and place it on a baking sheet, cover with parchment. Bake until tender.
  9. If desired, you can brush the still-hot cinnabons with cream cheese whipped with powdered sugar.

  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Powdered sugar - 50 g
  • Milk - 50 ml

Mix everything. Take the buns out of the oven, let them cool for 3 minutes, and pour over the fondant.
