Chopped meatballs with mashed potatoes for a hearty dinner: we share the perfect recipe
Chicken cutlets can be made by mincing the meat, or you can simply cut it up and make chopped cutlets. It's much easier and faster, and they hold their shape well.
Chopped cutlets with mashed potatoes
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for very tasty and successful chopped cutlets with grated hard cheese and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet
- Hard cheese
- Salt, pepper
- Dry garlic
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs or flour
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the fillets. Season with salt and pepper, add dry garlic, egg, breadcrumbs or flour, and mix.

3. Fry the cutlets in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
