Chocolate muffin in 5 minutes in the microwave: an unusual breakfast idea
In simple terms, a muffin is a cupcake cooked in the microwave. And it takes only 5 minutes to make – an ideal alternative to a tasty and healthy breakfast or snack that won't harm your figure.

Ingredients:
- kefir – 100 ml
- eggs – 1 pc
- cocoa – 1 tbsp
- banana – 150 g
- flour – 30 g
- dark chocolate – 20 g
- dried cranberries – 30 g
- baking powder – 2 g
- nuts\banana\honey for serving
- sweetener
The method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs, kefir, cocoa, flour, banana, and baking powder until smooth.
2. Chop the chocolate. Add it together with the cranberries to the mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl or cup and microwave for 5 minutes.
Serve with nuts, bananas, or honey.
