Chocolate cheesecake in 5 minutes without an oven: what to make

Cheesecake is a sweet dessert based on cottage cheese, in which you can combine your favorite fillings and various ingredients. For example, fruit or jams. And if you used to bake it in the oven, now you can do it in the microwave. And it only takes 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

• cottage cheese – 100 g
• cream cheese – 100 g
• egg yolk – 1 pc
• corn starch – 10 g
• cocoa powder – 5 g
• milk 2.5% – 30 ml
• sweetener – to taste
• dark chocolate 80% – 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all ingredients thoroughly with an immersion blender.

2. Put into a convenient bowl.

3. Microwave for 5 minutes (turn off and check every minute).

4. You can decorate with dark chocolate on top.
