Chinese cabbage salad for a hearty and healthy dinner: what to add
Chinese cabbage salad is an ideal option for those who don't want heavy food in the evening. It is prepared with Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, eggs and natural dressing - very satisfying and light at the same time.
The recipe for Chinese cabbage salad was shared by food blogger Ilya Kharlamov (illia_rpp) on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 100 g
- butter - 5 g
- yogurt/sour cream - 15 g
- grain mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms and fry them in butter until tender.
2. Boil the egg. Cut into cubes.
3. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
4. For the dressing, mix sour cream/yogurt with mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad.
