Chicken cutlet with cheese and mushrooms for lunch: how to prepare
Chicken cutlet will be much tastier if you add a few simple ingredients to it. A great addition will be mushrooms, as well as cheese and tomatoes. Even after baking in the oven, the cutlet will be very juicy.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- thigh fillet - 2 pcs.
- mushrooms - 150 g
- butter - 10 g
- small tomato - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- ketchup - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (mode up-down with convection, if there is no convection - just up-down).
2. Cut the mushrooms into thin strips.
3. Fry in a frying pan with heated butter.
4. In the process, add net and pepper to taste. Fry until golden in color.
5. Slice the tomato into thin circles and grate the cheese over a large grater.
6. For the sauce, mix together the sour cream, mustard and ketchup.
7. Place the thigh fillets in a baking dish. Smear the cutlets with sauce on top.
8. Then arrange the mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese in even layers on top.
9. Send to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out and serve.\
