Ingredients for the dough

  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - 3 tbsp

Ingredients for the filling

  • Mushrooms - 200 gr
  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation

1.Sift the flour and grate the cold butter, combine with the egg, salt and water.

2. Form the dough into a layer and leave it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

3. Finely chop the onion and fry it, do the same with the chicken and mushrooms.

4. Roll out the dough, put it into the mold and form the sides.

5. Spread the filling on top of the dough.

6. Combine the eggs and cream. Pour over the quiche filling. Carefully spread the grated hard cheese over the entire surface of the quiche.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

8. Serve chilled.
