Cheesecakes in the oven for breakfast: step-by-step recipe
In the morning, we usually want to cook a quick, hearty, and tasty breakfast, and cheesecakes are an ideal option for this. After all, they are very quick and easy to prepare, and most importantly, they are very healthy and satisfying.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared a delicious recipe for oven cheesecakes with raisins that you can make in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 5 tbsp.
- Cottage cheese – 400 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Semolina – 2 tbsp.
- Raisins – 50-80 g
- Salt and soda – a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Soak the raisins in boiling water, drain the water several times to wash away all the dirt, and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mash the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Add the sifted flour and mix well.
- Add the semolina and raisins to the cottage cheese mixture, mix gently, and you can form the cheesecakes.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment, moisten your hands with water to prevent the dough from sticking, make the cheesecakes, and place them on the baking sheet, you can brush the top with egg yolk, but this is optional.
- Please put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Serve the cheesecakes warm, with various sauces, sour cream, jam, and condensed milk.
