The famous Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogylevska shared on Instagram how to make a charlotte that will not only be delicious but also not harmful to your figure. It's worth trying to make it just to experience the incredible flavor.

Ingredients

  • Apples - 1 pc
  • Long-cooked oatmeal - 125 g
  • Water - 125 ml
  • Honey - 75 gr
  • Psyllium - 5 gr
  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp
  • Soda - on the tip of a spoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 15 ml

Method of preparation

1. Grind long-cooked oatmeal in a blender.

2. Cut the apples into thin slices.

3. Put them on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4. Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl.

5. Cinnamon to taste, a pinch of salt, baking soda, oil and water.

6. Add honey or any sweet syrup.

7. Knead the dough quickly, do not hesitate as it thickens.

8.Grease the mold with oil, put some of the dough, then the apples, then the dough again and the second layer of apples.

9. Put it in the oven to bake at 180° for 50 minutes.
