While the season of young cabbage is in full swing, you should use it as much as possible. There are many different recipes for this purpose, and one of the main ingredients is young cabbage.

For example, you can make a cheese casserole with cabbage and parmesan that will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Its recipe was shared on Instagram by a food blogger named kathycoooks.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Cheese - 350 gr
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 gr
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Dried garlic
  • Young cabbage - 300 gr
  • Butter - 30 gr

Method of preparation

1. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Add eggs, Parmesan cheese and spices.

2. Finely chop the cabbage. Add to the curd mass.

3. Add the flour and mix well.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter.

5. Put the sushi into the mold and smooth it well. Add slices of butter on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
