If you don't know what to cook for dinner that is quick and tasty, carbonara pasta can be a great option. For this dish to be delicious, it needs to be prepared correctly, namely, choose good pasta, and parmesan, you can add seafood and definitely spices.

Jamie Oliver shared on his YouTube channel a recipe for classic carbonara pasta with bacon, garlic, and cream, which is easy to prepare.

Secrets of cooking:

  • throw spaghetti into boiling water;
  • chop the bacon and put it in a cold frying pan;
  • add garlic in the peel;
  • be sure to chop the pepper and sift through a sieve.

Ingredients:

  • spaghetti - 1 package
  • bacon - 300 g
  • hard salted cheese - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • peppercorns - 30 pcs.
  • cream for the sauce - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water well, add spaghetti, add a little salt, and cook for about 8 minutes.

2. Finely chop the bacon, put it in a cold frying pan, and add the garlic in the peel, so it gives off all the flavor.

3. Grind the pepper well in a mortar and be sure to sift through a sieve, add to the pan, and mix.

4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add the grated cheese, and mix.

5. Put the cooked spaghetti into the frying pan, stir, pour the egg mixture, and mix.

6. Put the finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with black, ground pepper.
