Hot breakfast sandwiches are exactly what you need when you don't have time to cook. They will saturate the body and give it strength until lunchtime.

A food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking shared a recipe for making hot sandwiches in a few minutes. On Instagram, she shared what budget ingredients are best suited for making them.

Ingredients

  • Loaf - 13-14 slices
  • Sausage - 130 gr
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Spices for potatoes - 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • For the oil

Method of preparation

1.Beat the eggs with a fork in a deep bowl.

2. Add the grated potatoes, carrots and milk sausage.

3. Finely chop the onion and add to the rest of the ingredients.

4. Add the spices to the potatoes, salt, pepper and flour. Mix everything well.

5. Spread the filling on the bread slices in a thin layer.

6. Put the bread in a frying pan hot with oil, stuffing side down, and fry until cooked.
