  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • a pinch of salt
  • Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Coarsely chop the vegetables, chop the onion in half rings. Mix together with the dressing. Put on a dish.
  2. Arrange olives and diced feta on top.
  3. Pour the remaining dressing and sprinkle with herbs.
