Homemade pancakes

Ingredients:

  • flour - 300 g
  • milk - 440 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 130 g
  • oil - 90 ml
  • dry yeast - 2 g
  • baking powder - 7 g
  • strawberry jam - 50-60 g
  • bananas - 40 g
  • ice cream - 75 g
  • mint - 2 g
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, make the dough, dissolve sugar, salt in a glass of milk and add yeast, mix everything thoroughly. Heat the remaining milk well and add this mixture, mix well.
  2. Beat the whites until fluffy and add them to the milk and egg mixture, as well as the yolks, mix thoroughly.
  3. Sift the flour and add it to the mixture, mix until smooth, but do not beat to keep the dough porous.
  4. Finally, add the vegetable oil, mix gently and leave for 2-3 hours to let the dough "come up".
  5. After the time is up, fry the pancakes.

Serve the dish with ice cream, strawberry jam and a mint leaf.

2. Banana pancakes

Ingredients:

  • bananas - 200 g
  • flour - 150 g
  • milk - 150 g
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • oil - 30 g
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour twice, so the pancakes will be very fluffy, add baking powder, salt, mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add the egg, sugar, salt, oil, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the milk and add it to the same bowl, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. At the end, add the flour and baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Put the dough on a dry, hot frying pan, preferably frying one pancake at a time.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate; you can add berries, ice cream, or just syrups before serving.
