Banana pancakes: how to make them airy and delicious
Homemade pancakes are the perfect dish for a tasty, hearty, and quick breakfast. It's worth noting that they can be made not only with flour and kefir. They will also taste delicious if you add grated apples or chopped bananas to the base.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious and fluffy banana pancakes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 bananas
Method of preparation:
1. For the batter, mix kefir with baking soda, salt, sugar and flour.
2. Cut the bananas into rings and dip each piece in the batter.
3. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
