Ingredients
- Shortbread cookies - 170 gr
- Melted butter - 100 gr
- Cold butter - 80 gr
- Sugar - 200 gr
- Water - 50 ml
- Bananas - 2 pcs
- Cream 33% - 320 ml
- Salt - a pinch
Ingredients for the filling of two layers
- Caramel - 300 gr
- Bananas - 200 g
Method of preparation
1. First, prepare the base. Grind shortbread cookies in a blender until crumbly.
2. Add a pinch of salt and pour in the melted butter. Pour in the butter gradually so that the base is not too wet.
3. Mix the sand crumbs to the texture of wet sand.
4. Put the crumbs in a split mold (16-18 cm in diameter), forming the bottom and sides of the future pie. The required thickness is about 5-6 mm.
5. Put it in the refrigerator.
6. Prepare the caramel. Cook sugar with water until caramel color, but do not stir.
7. It is also important to tilt the stewpan from time to time from side to side.
8. Add the cubes of cold butter and 120 g of warm cream. Mix until smooth.
9. Pour the caramel into the bottom of the mold and spread it out.
10. Put the pre-sliced bananas in a second layer. If desired, repeat the layers.
11. Whip 200 g of cream to stiff peaks and cover the pie on top.
