Baked healthy cheesecakes without oil for a quick breakfast: a recipe from Yevhen Klopotenko
Cheesecakes are a real breakfast dish. They are very satisfying, and healthy because they are based on cottage cheese, and they can be cooked without oil and frying.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for baked cheesecakes in the oven, best served with sauce and berries.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 450-500 g
- Eggs – 1 pc
- Flour – 50-80 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Raisins – 50-75 g
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Orange zest – optional
- Strawberries – optional
- Sour cream – optional
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, add the egg and mix well.
2. Then add the flour and mix well again. Stir in the raisins.
3. Use your hands to shape the cheesecakes.
4. Put the cheesecakes on a baking sheet with parchment, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
Serve with sour cream sauce and zest and sprinkle with strawberries on top.
