Autumn plum pie for tea: the dough is simple and fluffy
Plum pie is a great option for autumnal pastries for tea. The filling is moderately sweet and very juicy. And you don't even have to knead the dough.
The idea of making a fluffy plum pie for tea was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Timoshenko (anna timoshenko13). Everyone will like it.
Ingredients:
- sugar - 150 g
- flour - 180 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- butter - 60 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
- vanillin
- juice from half a lemon
- plums - 6-8 pieces
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, sugar, and salt with a whisk.
2. Add lemon juice and mix well.
3. Pour in the melted butter, stir.
4. At the end, add flour, baking powder, vanilla, knead the dough and pour it onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Put the plum halves on top.
6. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
