Apricot juice with pulp for the winter: how to prepare fruit correctly
One of the options for harvesting apricots for the winter is juice. It is prepared very quickly and easily. And in order to make the drink have a homogeneous consistency and have a pleasant flesh, apricots should be properly prepared, namely, beat with a blender and pass through a sieve.
Food blogger Tatiana Ryabokin (mama_na_kykhne) shared a recipe for apricot juice for the winter on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- apricots (puree) - 2 liters
- sugar - 1.2 kg
- water - 5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Apricots wash and remove the pits. Beat the fruit with a blender.
2. Add water to the resulting mass and pass everything through a sieve.
3. Add sugar. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes.
4. Pour the juice into jars and seal.
