Puff pastry is the perfect base not only for pies but also for spectacular holiday appetizers. You only need 5 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare this easy dish. It is perfect with wine or champagne.
The idea of making a quick puff pastry appetizer was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Riabenko (olga_riabenko_). It takes only 15 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry – 2 sheets
- mozzarella cheese – 100 g
- hard cheese – 150 g
- bacon
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Put grated cheese on a sheet of dough.
2. Cover the top with a second sheet of dough and secure the edges.
3. Cut the dough lengthwise into strips and fold.
4. Wrap each piece in bacon.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
